7. International Playing Opportunities/Access to Agents
Montreal United FC offers unique international playing opportunities through partnerships with trusted agencies and clubs abroad. These opportunities allow select players to join professional clubs on short-term loans or trials during the summer season only -- with the hopes of earning a professional contract.
It is important to note the following:
-
These opportunities are only available to players from specific teams at the club, based on performance, readiness, and commitment.
-
Participation in these programs is optional and involves additional fees to cover expenses such as flights, lodging, food, insurance, and administrative costs.
-
These international programs are not available during the winter season, and have no connection to winter training or matches.
-
Montreal United FC merely facilitates the connection and coordination through its partnerships, and does not subsidize the cost of these opportunities.
By registering with the club, all participants acknowledge that international playing opportunities are exclusive, limited, and season-specific to the summer period.
